UNIVERSAL VALUE SYSTEM (UVS)
We have developed a universal value system (UVS) that comprises of one (1) Core Value (CV), and seven (7) Core Principles (CPs). The UVS is the summarized expression of the one thing that is most important to our Firm (our CV or ultimate accomplishment: improved quality of life), and the other most important principles that we focus on to make the CV become a reality (our seven CPs: Efficacy, Evidence Based, Integrity, Peace of Mind, Quality, Service, and Value). In our UVS, the CV is illustrated as our center (sun) and placed in the middle, and the CPs (planets) encircle the CV.
CORE VALUE (CV): Improved quality of Life
CORE PRINCIPLES (CPs):
Efficacy, Evidence Based, Integrity, Peace of Mind, Quality, Service, and Value. These CPs are not listed in order or priority, but rather alphabetically. Since they are thought about (conceptualized) and made real (operationalized) as part of a circle of completeness, they all are equally important and the importance of each one is conditioned by its connection with the others in the action.
UNIVERSAL VALUE DIAGRAM (UVD)
The ability to conceptualize, mobilize, organize, accomplish, and sustain goals.
The use of sound scientific methods and protocols as the guiding principal for action.
Abiding by the highest possible standards of ethics and trust in all deliberations.
Peace of Mind:
Obtaining and maintaining the highest possible levels of mental, physical, and emotional safety and comfort in all deliberations.
Providing the highest possible standards of service and products at all times.
This is the main vehicle through which the core value of “improved quality of life” will be realized, through the constant delivery of our actions, inventions, and knowledge to those who need them the most, and at times when they need them the most. Part of the ultimate goal is to provide service for an improved society.
To provide always the highest quality of service and products at the lest reasonable costs to the client.
